For your convenience, please find the estimated delivery timeframes below. Please note that they are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation. Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and BALMAIN BEAUTY will keep you informed via email.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMEFRAMES*

Standard shipping (free): 2-5 business days
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Second day shipping ($15): 2 business days
Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Overnight shipping ($25): 1 business day
Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.

*Shipping costs will be calculated based on total order.

Most orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We cannot ship orders to locations outside the United States and its territories at this time.

Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Overnight Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and Second Day shipments. Expedited orders containing products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped on the next business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Please note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

HOLIDAYS

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

BALMAIN BEAUTY cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses at this time. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Some items sold by BALMAINBEAUTY.com require special handling as specified by federal, state, and/or local regulations governing the transport of these items. In addition, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

FORWARDING

BALMAINBEAUTY.com is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. BALMAINBEAUTY.com is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship your product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND OTHER US TERRITORIES

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. BALMAINBEAUTY.com currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:

  • America Samoa
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Shipping to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and Second Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories

PO BOXES AND APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. BALMAINBEAUTY.com currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:

  • AA — Armed Forces America
  • AE — Armed Forces Europe
  • AP — Armed Forces Pacific

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard shipping. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or Second Day shipping methods.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, BALMAIN BEAUTY is happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.

BALMAIN BEAUTY accepts returns for products purchased from BALMAINBEAUTY.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from BALMAINBEAUTY.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60* days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or not-returnable are not eligible for exchange or return. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
BALMAINBEAUTY.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
*Refunds for returns received after 60 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of BALMAINBEAUTY.com. If issued in these instances, BALMAINBEAUTY.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of a refund check.For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

PRINT IT
Print the free return label from your email. Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

SHIP IT
Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE REFUND STATUS
If you recently sent back the return, it is possible that your package is still in transit to our distribution center. Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a credit confirmation email with exact refund details and timing to post to your account. Refunds issued to a credit card can take up to 7-10 business days. If another payment method was used, please reach out to the payment provider or your financial institution directly for more information.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via phone at 1-877-3883. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of the damage, handle with care to take a photo of the damaged item(s), and then safely discard the damaged content
