Before redeeming your discovery set value, please ensure you have received the email confirming that your order has shipped. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, we invite you to return to our website and add a 50 ml Les Éternels de Balmain Collection fragrance of your choice to your shopping cart. Please note the discovery set redemption expires 60 days after purchase. Use the same email address as your discovery set purchase to ensure the discovery set value is applied. The value of the Discovery Set will be applied to your next purchase.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call BALMAIN BEAUTY Online Customer Service immediately after making your purchase at our toll-free number, 1-866-403-6727. Once your order has been processed, BALMAIN BEAUTY is unable to modify the contents or cancel your order.
Your Order number can be found on your order confirmation email, or you may sign into your account and click My Account at the top right corner of the page. Once signed in, click on Order History. If your order has shipped, you’ll see the tracking number, if available. Click on it to view the delivery status. Note that some shipping carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
We cannot ship orders to locations outside the United States and its territories at this time.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
BALMAIN BEAUTY accepts returns for products purchased from BALMAINBEAUTY.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from BALMAINBEAUTY.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60* days from date of purchase.
Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or not-returnable are not eligible for exchange or return. BALMAINBEAUTY.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
*Refunds for returns received after 60 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of BALMAINBEAUTY.com. If issued in these instances, BALMAINBEAUTY.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of a refund check.
For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the unwanted product(s). Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

Print the free return label from your email.
PACK IT
Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
SHIP IT
Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
BALMAIN BEAUTY regrets that BALMAIN BEAUTY must limit orders to no more than eight (8) of any item and 14 total items per customer. In addition, BALMAIN BEAUTY must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation. Note: Balmain Beauty Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Balmain Beauty Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
Something is missing from my order
- You have 30 days from the date the order is delivered to contact us about missing items.
- Verify that the products in your order match your order confirmation email or your online account. If the item is not listed, that means the item was not added to your order when it was placed.
- If a promotional item is missing from your package, it’s possible that your order did not qualify for the promotional item, or it was out of stock when your order was submitted.
- Promotional items are while supplies last.
- If the missing item is listed in your order, it’s probable that the item is shipping separately. You will receive multiple shipment confirmation emails for items that ship separately, and you can view all order information for each shipment within your online account.

Balmain Beauty Online is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. I got the wrong product(s) in my order

My order arrived damaged
- You have 30 days from the date the order is delivered to contact us about damaged items in your order.
- When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
- It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance.
- If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.

My package never arrived
- You have 30 days from the date the order is shipped to contact us about a missing order.
- First, check the carrier tracking number from your ship confirmation email to confirm delivery status.
- Sometimes a shipping carrier will mark a package as delivered before delivery is actually made. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be delivered once the package is marked delivered.
- Contact the carrier directly if tracking indicates proof of delivery, but you cannot locate the package after reviewing the delivery photo and checking with neighbors or the person who signed for the delivery.
- Most carriers provide a picture of the delivery and, if the package was signed for, the name of the person who signed for the package is displayed.
- Once the carrier has marked your order as delivered, all risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Balmain Beauty Online to you.
- If you suspect your package was stolen, we recommend you file a police report rather than contacting us.
- If carrier tracking indicates an issue with the order delivery, contact us.
